*Water Access Field

This field should be used only when the subject property has deeded access to one or more of the following water types:

NOTE: The availability of off-site Water Access facilities provided by an association membership does not qualify under this heading (see Community Features). 
Bay/Harbor Property provides only deeded access to the Bay and/or Harbor.

*Water Extras Field

This field should be used to identify the existence of extra water features of the subject property.

NOTE: The availability of off-site facilities provided by an association membership does not qualify under this heading (see Community Features).

*Water Frontage Field

This field should be used only when the subject property touches water.

*Water Name Field

This field becomes active when one or more of the primary water fields (Water Frontage, Water Access or Water View) are selected. The field has 30 alpha characters available for the name of water way involved.

*Water View Field

This field should be used only when the subject property has a view of water from the subject property.

*Waterfront Feet Field

This field becomes active when one or more of the primary Water Frontage Feet fields  are selected.  It calculates the total Water Front Feet by adding up all of the feet from different types of water frontage entered.

# of Bays(Dock High)

What does Dock High Mean? A truck can back up into the bay for loading/unloading purposes.This also applies to rail.

# of Bays(Grade Level)

What does Grade Level mean? The bay is level with the ground.

Use the room-size information field to record the dimensions of the rooms.Record measurements as width times depth (08 X 09) and rounded down to the nearest foot.This field has to be two numbers by two numbers, i.e. 08X09.
